For our client, a technology company located in the Dresden area, we are currently seeking a Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What you will do:

You will define and continuously develop quality assurance measures in production
As the disciplinary head of the Quality Assurance team, you will ensure smooth production processes
You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and also oversee internal and external audits
You will conduct error analyses, document deviations, and initiate appropriate measures
You will be responsible for reporting key figures and shaping customer complaint management

What you bring:

After successfully completing your studies (e.g. engineering or natural sciences), you ideally have several years of professional experience in quality management/assurance in an industrial company
You have excellent knowledge of the QM standard ISO 9001:201
You have the ability to understand qualityrelated connections and communicate effectively in both German and English
