Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) is responsible for performing analytical duties that require initiative, sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and being polite and courteous. Daily activity may include regular contact with the public, California Superior Courts, Employment Development Department (EDD) staff, Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) internal employees, and Contractor's State License Board (CSLB). In addition, the SSA is responsible for ensuring the collection of delinquent Accounts Receivable (A/R) for California Occupational Safety and Health (CalOSHA), Pressure Vessel (PV), Elevators (EV), Amusement Ride and Tramway (ART), and Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) accounts

Working Conditions

This position is located at:

455 Golden Gate Ave., 10th floor

San Francisco, CA 94102

The incumbent works 40 hours per week in an office setting and cubicle with air-conditioning in a building with elevator access and natural and artificial lighting. Daily access to and use of a personal computer and telephone is essential

Telework Information: This position is eligible for remote-centered hybrid telework up to three days per week; the other two days per week are in the San Francisco office for hands-on training and team meetings.
