Your tasks

  • On our neurorehabilitation ward, you and your team take care of our patients with complex and challenging conditions and injuries in all stages of recovery, professionally and holistically.
  • The focus is on caring for patients with head injuries, as well as the often accompanying treatment of bone fractures, nerve injuries, and internal injuries (tracheostomy, PEG, SPBF, fixators, casts, frontal lobe syndromes, and more).
  • To ensure high quality care and treatment, you work closely and interdisciplinarily with other professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, doctors, psychologists).

Your profile

  • You have completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or as a geriatric care specialist (m/f/d).
  • The special aspect of this role is the sometimes long and intensive care time for patients and the resulting bond, for which you bring a high level of empathy, compassion, and communication skills.
  • You are curious about modern nursing and treatment concepts and motivated to apply your expertise in your daily work and continuously further educate yourself.
  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team, value respectful interactions, and strive for high quality nursing care.
