Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle accountrelated changes, and updates. This may include address changes, beneficiary updates, and account status inquiries.
- Be able to communicate with walkin customers and reach out to customers on phone
- Maintain accuracy of the company's database by reviewing and updating customer's information as it is received
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Great multitask and time management towards deadlines
- Details oriented
- Ability to prioritize

Pay:
$ $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
