INFERTILITY CLINIC Job Summary:


Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26 per hour, paid weekly.

This position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm in clinic In addition, full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate accurate and timely medical billing for patient services, including verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding balances.
  • Demographic verification and data entry.
  • Prior authorizations and insurance verification /benefits.
  • Patient phone calls/Follow up.
  • Payment collections.
  • Follow up on A/R.
  • Crosstrain on covering front office reception.
  • Patient scheduling.
  • Posting charges/payments.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all medical information.
  • Greet and assist patients with checkin and checkout processes, including collecting copayments and scheduling future appointments.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve any billing or insurance issues.
  • Keep current on industry changes and regulations related to medical billing and coding Requirements:
  • Infertility Medical BIlling experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in medical billing preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical billing and coding in a healthcare setting. Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficient in medical billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations is preferred.
