SUMMARY:
The Clinical Director (CD) position provides
leadership, compassion, and oversight to agency clinical professionals to provide quality, optimized treatments to their clients
PERFORMANCE OUTCOME EXPECTATIONS
:
Combine leadership
Oversee and manage the work of other clinical staff. - Review a variety of client treatment plans, assessments, and other clinical documents for efficiency. - Determine the level of care a client needs. - Ensure the best procedures and practice are followed by clinical staff. - Perform evaluations and assessments to develop new clinical techniques, interventions, and skills. - Address various legal and ethical matters regarding the programs and clinical staff. - Ensure compliance and accuracy of clinical records. - Meet with department heads and other administration staf
Pay:
$ $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
