SUMMARY

This position provides Inventory Controls & Parts Ordering support for all of Caspers Service Company with emphasis on order processing and stock levels. As a parts warehouse coordinator your duties and responsibilities are to maintain a stock of spare parts manage backorders, maintain vendor relations, including ensuring invoices, shipment slips, and other billing issues are taken care of promptly. You make routine inspections of inventory and ensure that the department is able to fulfill customers delivery requests. When inventory is running low, you order the shipment of parts or look for overages in other areas to make sure they are on hand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes the following but other duties may be assigned.)

Entering of all inbound and outbound transfers daily.


Ensure parts are pulled and staged accurately and efficiently with the least amount of disruption and inconvenience to dispatch, the technician, and our customers.

Shipping of all outbound UPS/Fedex shipments for service orders, sales orders, Warranty parts and RMA shipments.

Update daily RMA spreadsheet with parts credited.

Receives all daily UPS/Fedex deliveries and distributes to correct destinations.

Recommend and implement efficient freight management systems.

Measure, recommend and implement inventory control/procurement procedures to improve fill rates.

Maintain correct inventory levels of all parts in warehouse.

Help with Bi-Annual warehouse and van Physical Counts.

Help with Implementation and monitoring of cycle count procedure for parts warehouse.

Help with the monitoring of obsolete inventory and implement ongoing procedures to keep obsolete inventory levels at minimum.

Expedite Customer backorders.

Fulfils the financial controls and risk management responsibilities inherent in the position.

Conduct yourself in accordance with the Company Code of Ethics Policy at all times.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment.


COMPUTER SKILLS


Should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Internet software; Order processing systems and ERP software (Microsoft Office, and ERP systems).


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Driving ability of forklift, training class and certification.
