About the Role:
The Security Specialists, reporting to the Shift Supervisor, ensure adherence to SIS standards and policies in field services, operations, and functions such as site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client interaction, and assigned special projects. All tasks must align with client policies, procedures, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a secure and professional work environment for clients' employees and guests
Provide escort and foot patrol services to maintain post security
Act promptly in incident responses
Present a positive attitude daily, representing the brand and client professionally

Candidate Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Maintain state Guard Certification as per state law and client requests
Demonstrate interpersonal skills and professionalism
Adhere to uniform attire and grooming standards
