Description
We are seeking Security Dispatch Officers to work in the Chestnut Hill Area of Philadelphia, PA. This is an in office position that runs 24 hours a day ensuring our sites are always covered. Dispatch is responsible for accurate reporting of issues and coverages throughout the shift. Our Dispatchers have full responsibility to managing and maintaining the field schedules each week.


Available Shifts are:



  • Monday

  • Friday 4pm to 12am


  • Monday

  • Friday 12am to 8am
  • Saturday/Sunday 8am to 4pm
  • Saturday/Sunday to 4p to 12am
  • Saturday/Sunday 12am to 8am

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Handling call outs (Dispatchers will call from an available roster to establish coverage for any call outs received)
  • Maintain attendance records
  • Deploy field supervisor to assist with training, incidents or dark posts in the field
  • Responsible for maintaining all field schedules every day
  • Verifying all field staff are correctly clocked in and on site
  • Assist officers with technology issues or questions
  • Must relay to management any upcoming potential risks such as dark posts, abandonment of post or call outs along with any site emergencies or issues that are reported from clients or field staff.

  • Must have computer skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays


  • Monday
to Friday

  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
  • Overnight shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends only

Experience:


  • Dispatch: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Philadelphia, PA 19118: Relocate before starting work (required)
