Sales Arborist - Morgantown, United States - Landworx inc

Description

The Arborist will be responsible for the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs to ensure their health and safety.

• Conduct tree assessments to determine health, disease, and risk factors
• Perform pruning, trimming, and shaping of trees using proper techniques
• Remove dead or hazardous trees following safety protocols
• Plant new trees and shrubs as needed
• Provide recommendations for tree care and maintenance to clients
• Operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts

• Previous experience in arboriculture or related field
• Certification as an Arborist or willingness to obtain certification
• Knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper care techniques
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Experience in outside sales or account management
• Ability to market tree services effectively
• Knowledge of technology sales tools like Salesforce
• Proficiency in for bilingual communication with clients
• Strong negotiation skills for contract agreements
• Customer serviceoriented approach to client interactions
