    Kadima at Palmyra - Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

    SIGN ON BONUS: $10,000; Competitive annual salary based on experience

    Responsibilities:

    • You are accountable for overseeing the reimbursement department functions at each facility in your region
    • Assume a primary role in the RAI process
    • Implement policies and procedures for Clinical Reimbursement in the Region
    • Monitor achievement of goals and objectives for clinical assessments and reimbursement within established standards
    • Monitor Quality Indicators and Measures to ensure accurate information in MDS assessments
    • Conduct facility reviews to ensure compliance with MDS timeframes and accuracy
    • Ensure care planning and conferencing comply with state and regulatory guidelines
    • Schedule site visits for supervision, clinical expertise, communication, and overall reimbursement department operation monitoring
    • Provide in-service training and orientation to facility staff on MDS, ADLs, and accuracy
    • Report progress to Regional Director of Operations and ownership through weekly reporting systems

    Qualifications:

    • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of PA
    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university OR four to five years of related experience and/or training
    • Proven leadership ability with a minimum of five years of experience in nursing service administration
    • RAC-CT certification required
