Description

Responsible for opening and organizing incoming payments for different departments.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Review, approve, and process member adjustments.
  • Scan departmental documents daily.
  • Handle loan payments.
  • Review and approve Mobile Deposits, ATM, and RDC Deposits.
  • Collaborate with various departments for reconciling transactions.
  • Monitor and approve incoming transactions to ensure smooth processing.
  • Assist in managing Lockbox NetImage system.
  • Sort and distribute Lockbox payments.
  • Prepare and balance reports for Lockbox Members.
  • Reconcile branch cash and clearing accounts daily.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to federal laws and regulations such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency with 10-key data entry.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • Previous experience in a Bank and/or Item Processing Department.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Close visual acuity for tasks like analyzing data and reading.
  • Not exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
