What can you expect?
Insurance Operations is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the company's insurance solutions. They provide administrative and technical support to client-facing brokers and provide support to clients by responding to insurance transaction queries. A recognized operational support specialist, a Senior Insurance Operations Coordinator has the experience and knowledge needed to tackle difficult issues and coach less experienced colleagues.
