Your Responsibilities

  • Mediation of residential and commercial properties as well as real estate portfolios
  • Professional support of potential buyers from the beginning of the mediation until the economic transfer at the notary
  • Creating a suitable marketing strategy together with the client
  • Independent organization and conduct of property viewings
  • Evaluation of properties in accordance with the Real Estate Valuation Ordinance
  • Creating detailed market price assessments, as well as subsequent presentation with detailed advice
  • Moderation of purchase contract negotiations
Your Profile

  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Good market knowledge in the Ru
