Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with production teams to establish quality control processes
Oversee quality inspection processes and ensure products meet specifications
Manage quality documentation and records
Lead investigations into product nonconformances and implement corrective actions
Train staff on quality procedures and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant quality assurance standards
Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
Experience with project management and QA/QC methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to conduct thorough quality inspections and implement corrective actions
