Mission:


As an Electrical Project Advisor at Heritage, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth and revenue by promoting and selling our electrical, plumbing, and HVAC products and services to potential clients.

Your role will involve building and nurturing strong customer relationships, understanding their electrical needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.


Responsibilities:

Sales Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various channels and conduct sales meetings to understand their electrical needs.

Electrical Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our product offerings and stay updated with industry trends.

Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.

Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive sales proposals and present them effectively to clients.

Sales Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track performance against targets.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the regional leadership team.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience in the residential electrical industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, HVAC, and energyefficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal departments.
  • Customerfocused with a passion for building longlasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel.
