Duration: 6-Month Contract (possible to hire)
Shift:
Monday
Friday, 8:00 AM
5:00 PM
Hourly Rate:
$42.75 /Hour on W2
Remote/Hybrid/In-Person:
Initially 3 days in Office, transitioning to remote/hybrid after the first two months (First two months in office)
Potential for Conversion to
FTE :
Potential, with a salary range of $85,000 - $92,000
Pre-Screening Questions:

Resource's typical working day:
The primary responsibility of the Procurement Analyst is to act as a sourcing analyst, supporting sourcing managers and directors in various projects and activities including:
Spend analysis.
Cost-saving analysis
Presenting savings to the finance team for booking
Maintaining project pipelines
Monitoring contract expiration dates
Working on RFI and RFPs
Conducting market analysis if needed
Assisting sourcing leaders with uploading RFPs
Managing supplier responses to RFPs
Conducting RFP response analysis
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing 20-30 projects simultaneously and should possess:
Years of Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
Software Proficiency:
Advanced Excel skills are required
Certifications/Licenses :
C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
Top Must-have Skills:
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Interview Process:
One virtual interview and one onsite interview.
