    JOB SUMMARY Assists Manager with managing the 24/7 overall operation of all associated HVAC support equipment including, but not limited to, chill water and heating hot water distribution, chilled water machines, cooling towers, water treatment systems, pneumatic and electronic controlled HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, steam generating and distribution plants, ice machines, etc.

    Assists managing staff daily to insure work tasks are completed in a timely manner. Assist Manager with monitoring staff work and makes necessary recommendations to insure proper work ethic and workmanship. Assists with assigning staff work areas and insuring familiarity of those areas and associated equipment. Responsible for developing yearly fiscal budgets and continually monitors same to insure department operates within fiscal year budget restraints.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education High School Diploma Minimum Work Experience 5 Years# Required Licenses/Certifications Universal CFC Certification# Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Compile and Analyze Reports.

    Compose applicable policies and procedures. Compose letters/memoranda. Coordinate meetings. Develop office procedures. Interview potential employees. Proven written and editing skills. Able to research information. Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis. Strong computer skills.
