Together with a close-knit team of around employees (m/f/d), you will ensure that cruises become an unforgettable experience for our customers.

Your tasks

  • Telephone consultation and sales of trips to our direct customers
  • Telephone support for our partner agencies (travel agencies), advice and booking assistance for common booking systems
  • Acceptance of telephone bookings and their correct processing in our booking system
  • Answering booking and service inquiries by phone and email
  • Professional support for our colleagues (m/f/d) in external service centers
  • Representation, consultation and personal sales at travel fairs (especially CMT)
  • Realization of additional sales through cross- and upselling
  • Implementation of rebooking actions
  • Occasional reception duties
