For our client in the coffee grinding industry, located in Wandsbek, we are looking for a full-time employee in the finance department (m/f/d) in Tamalpais-Homestead Valley, CA.

The position is permanent.

Your responsibilities:


  • Processing business transactions in accounting
  • Booking of bank transactions and handling payments
  • Cash management
  • Reconciliation of general and subsidiary ledger accounts
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Review of incoming invoices and processing of invoice approval process
  • Preparation of reports
  • Processing of travel expenses
  • Preparation of business evaluations
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Tracking of order processing
  • Support in optimizing and completing filing structures

Possible additional tasks and responsibilities:


  • Processing incoming mail
  • Participation in (group) projects

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial education or further training as a tax clerk, financial accountant or similar
  • Professional experience in the field of financial accounting desirable
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Good PC skills and proficiency in common Office programs
  • Resilient and meticulous
  • Analytical thinking and strong numerical understanding
