    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    The Circuit Delivery Project Manager will manage and track relationships and orders with WhiteSky telecommunication and fiber circuit providers.The ideal candidate has extensive experience ordering and delivering DIA and L2 Circuits of all types, has excellent vendor management abilities and is highly organized, and communicates effectively.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage circuit vendor delivery intervals across the circuit/service procurement organization
    • Ensure vendors (and internal organizations) meet their circuit delivery milestones - help pull in FOC/TTU dates as needed to meet company goals
    • Work with Sr. Manager to improve our engagement strategy with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and performance measurements - develop vendor facing Quarterly Board Reviews to ensure we are managing partner accountability
    • Ensure personal task queues are kept updates and healthy and assist less-experienced team members in attaining the same
    • Learn and become and expert facilitator for the various carrier portals and methods (re: submission, updates, trouble management, disconnect, etc) and train less-experienced team members on methods of success.
    • Work with Sr. Manager to drive performance updates (Monthly or Quarterly) to Senior Executive Leadership
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
    • 7+ years of telecommunications experience.
    • 5+ years of circuit ordering and management experience at Data Centers, Central Offices, and Carrier Hotels
    • Data analytics experience (specifically for personal and team performance management)
    • Critical thinking and problem solving
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately track many concurrent orders - through single source OSS/BSS and CRM platforms
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite
