- Be a subject matter expert for all shop floor digital applications.
- Have knowledge of plant business design and ability to support with data requirements of a continuously evolving design.
- Lead team members in identifying and resolving the plant's process improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost and customer service.
- Ensure plant participation and signoff of architecting, designing, and benchmarking solutions for business opportunities involving connected shop floor platform.
- Leverage training applications to establish sustainable use of technology for communication and business use.
- Lead Digital Plant super user network(s).
- Ensure plants participation in COE/Super User Network meetings and deliverables
- Mentor teams to effectively apply business frameworks and support them on their journey towards measurable levels of high-performance in the digital transformation phases.
- Collaborate with production support on network access, application development and support continuous improvement of plant digital applications.
- Ensure adoption of existing digital analytic tools and exploring new analytics opportunities
- Prepare performance monitoring tools and programming applications.
- Connect and implement daily business tasks to automated solutions.
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree or relevant 2 years experience in related industry.
- SAP experience, knowledge of GMP's, working knowledge of manufacturing processes and loss.
- Ability to work weekends and off shifts.
