Description

With our trainee programs, we prepare you for the professional world of GMSH. You will get to know our diverse areas and will always be accompanied by experienced colleagues and managers. You will take on concrete tasks early on and work independently on projects. Our 12-month trainee programs are aimed at Bachelor's and Master's graduates. Depending on the needs of our departments, we offer our program, for example, in IT, project management, civil engineering, technical building equipment, controlling, or human resources. We tailor your stations individually to your degree and personal preferences.

Gradually, we will promote your independent work so that you can:

actively contribute your knowledge to new concepts to optimize GMSH's processes and enable even more efficient work
take a holistic view of GMSH to identify cross-connections for project synergies and expand your network
integrate trends from your field of expertise into GMSH to further strengthen the development of modern structures.

We are looking for trainees who:

have a degree in a technical field (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or a degree in the humanities
are eager to learn and think future-oriented
are able to communicate effectively
want to combine their knowledge from their studies with
