Junior Estimator - $60,000 - $75,000 Salary + Bonuses
Auto Pros Collision Center is an auto body shop located in Phoenix. The body shop is expanding and seeking 1 additional full-time junior estimator.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $75,000 Salary + Bonuses, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements:

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of estimating experience (preferably working at a nonDRP shop)
Extremely proficient with CCC One

Responsibilities:

Check in vehicles and maintain constant communication with clients regarding updates on repairs
Prepare comprehensive estimates, supplements, and finals
Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize RO values

Skills/Requirements:

Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
Strong time management skills
Effective planning and execution ability
