    Here at Mindera, we are continuously building a fantastic team and would love for you to join us.

    We're looking for data engineers with at least 10 years of experience who have an appetite for solving complex and exciting problems. We develop to a very high standard, maintaining a holistic view of the project throughout the entire SDLC.

    As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work with project managers and development leads to create automation test strategies and approaches for various use cases. You will design, maintain, and monitor QA reports, KPIs and quality trends for internal data systems.

    You will also create the test plans, test cases, and test artifacts necessary to accomplish the agreed scope and deliverables. Along with your team, you will "own" the technical aspects of your deliverables, building performant, resilient, and scalable automation test artifacts in a manner that demonstrates your deep understanding of SDET best practices.

    • Building and optimising ETL / ELT data pipelines
    • Advanced experience with Data Modelling such as Kimball techniques
    • Advanced experience with Data Warehouse Design
    • 8 - 10 years of experience working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, as well as familiarity with one or more cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery
    • Experience with DBT (data build tool)
    • 8 - 10 year of experience with Python, Shell Script
    • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Cloudformation
    • Working with raw data, structured and semi-structured
    • Experience with source control, Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment through CI Pipelines
    • Supporting and working with BI and Analytics teams in a dynamic environment
    • Able to collaborate and effectively pair program with other engineers
    • 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services in production (API Gateway, AWS Lambda, SSM, SNS, SQS, Firehose, S3, SageMaker etc.
    • Experience working in Agile frameworks

    This is a 3 to 12-month contract position.
