About us:
We are looking for a Fay to join our team. As a Fay, you will be responsible for actively receiving and conducting initial inspections and diagnoses on vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing customer service, scheduling and coordinating workshop appointments, and creating cost estimates. Additionally, you will advise customers on service options, repairs, and warranty claims. You will also perform quality checks and final inspections on vehicles after service work is completed. Your active communication with customers will help build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
