Your future responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the professional leadership of employees
You will be in charge of employee management and planning for each shift
You will conduct professional training for employees (e.g. occupational safety, security briefing, and work processes)
You will review orders and documentation
You will ensure internal communication across shifts

Your profile:

You have completed a vocational training (ideally in a technical field)
You have previous experience in quality control and are willing to work in shifts
You can maintain an overview and remain calm under pressure, serving as a stabilizing force for the team
You have strong teamwork and communication skills
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
You have a valid driver's license and access to a car
