Real Estate Agent/ Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d)

Full-time (37 hours/week)

Your versatile tasks

  • Renting out our own and managed residential properties, as well as garages and parking spaces
  • Processing termination notices, apartment inspections, acquisition and conducting viewings, rental contract preparation, and apartment handovers
  • Project participation in modernization and renovation measures, as well as new construction projects including calculating rent increases for planned modernization measures in our residential properties
  • Supporting the technology department during the modernization phase, as well as shaping our new construction projects including calculating new construction rents
  • Processing various concerns of our tenants regarding their ongoing rental relationship
Your profile

  • Completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or real estate specialist (m/f/d)
  • Good knowledge of tenancy law
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service and rental management
  • Your strengths include teamwork and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, social competence, and initiative round off your profile
  • You are confident in using new media and mobile devices, and using
