We are seeking a
project manager to join our team at our Dresden location in Buckner, IL. This is a full-time or part-time position, available immediately.


TRICERA energy specializes in developing, constructing, and operating medium (>100 kWh) to large (>2 MWh) battery storage systems, both in Germany and internationally.

Our goal is to actively shape a more efficient, demand-driven, and renewable energy supply worldwide.

Our team, consisting of nearly 80 employees, is our greatest achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing customer projects
  • Creating and managing budgets and timelines, including defining interfaces and milestones
  • Planning and tracking tasks and schedules to meet quality and cost targets
  • Defining and coordinating technical requirements and evaluating results
  • Leading project teams and conducting weekly team meetings
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Monitoring internal and external project progress
  • Processing and scheduling project supplements

Requirements:

  • Experience managing and overseeing customer projects
  • Ability to create and manage budgets and timelines, including defining interfaces and milestones
  • Strong planning and tracking skills
