As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining computer systems and networks in an organization.

Your duties will include troubleshooting issues, updating software and hardware, installing new equipment, and providing users with assistance and guidance.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support for computer systems and software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment.
  • Update and maintain software and security patches.
  • Provide assistance and training to users.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of computer assets.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Additional assignments as directed.

Qualifications:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office, G Suite).
  • Understanding of network security best practices.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
