Position Title:
Payroll and HR Generalist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Processing and issuing W2 forms to employees
- Administer employee compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma is required. Some college or a bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred.
COMPENSATION:
