Position Title:
Payroll and HR Generalist


ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
  • Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
  • Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
  • Processing and issuing W2 forms to employees
  • Administer employee compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma is required. Some college or a bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred.


COMPENSATION:

$ $30.00 per hour
