Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Medical Assisting preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Commitment to patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

Responsibilities:


Provide exceptional clinical support:
Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in delivering top-notch patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records:

Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to record patient information, update medical histories, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.


Coordinate patient appointments:
Schedule patient visits, arrange diagnostic tests, and facilitate referrals to specialists, ensuring seamless patient care and continuity.

Collaborate with healthcare team:

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure efficient workflow, effective communication, and optimal patient outcomes.


Educate patients:
Provide clear instructions on medication administration, test preparations, and other healthcare-related information to patients and their families.

Ensure compliance and safety:

Adhere to healthcare regulations, maintain infection control standards, and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety.


Embrace professional development:

Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth by staying updated with medical advancements, attending training programs, and seeking opportunities for professional development.


Manage front office / back office flow: Demonstrate the ability to lead, organize, and manage the practice from end to end.


Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
