What does your dual study program include?

During your dual study program, you will learn about a variety of tasks and receive intensive support. The program consists of six theory phases at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Mannheim, each lasting approximately three months. You will attend lectures in small groups of about 25 students. The lecturers at the DHBW are professors, lecturers from universities and technical colleges, as well as qualified practitioners. The program lasts for three years.

Diversity: The content of the dual degree program focuses on business administration, economics, law, as well as banking and insurance, financial planning, digital transformation, and other topics such as building savings, real estate, credit, stock and securities transactions, risk management, and sales control.
Exciting tasks: During your practical phases, you will go through various specialist and staff departments. This allows you to directly apply the knowledge you have acquired at the DHBW in practice.
Looking beyond the horizon: In addition to various projects, you can also look forward to interesting apprentice events where you will learn about our corporate culture and values, and get to know the other locations of the insurance group.
