Responsibilities/Duties
- Fulfilling member requests related to membership plans and benefits, planning road trips, driving directions, marking maps and Notary services
- Servicing the needs of the member and providing added value by cross selling or advising of other services that are available to the member
- Cashiering duties including the balancing of cash drawer
- Additional member service functions as necessary
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year in a customer service position
- Ability to cross sell products
- The ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks/assignments on a daily basis
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency required
- Ability to pass criminal background check for obtaining notary
