Your job profile:
- Your tasks include the introduction, optimization and monitoring of uniform HR processes at the German locations of the ElringKlinger Group.
- You develop concepts for the German locations of the company group for the design of personnel policy topics.
- The development and negotiation of collective agreements and supplementary collective agreements is also part of your responsibilities.
- You support, coordinate and monitor company/tariff regulations and manage personnel planning processes at the German locations.
- You lead location-specific and cross-location projects to develop uniform standards and work in working groups and project teams.

- You have successfully completed your legal or business studies with a focus on personnel management.
- You bring with you many years of experience in operational personnel management as well as project management experience.
- We expect very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
- You have strong communication skills and social competencies, as well as a positive, confident and representative appearance combined with diplomatic skills.
