We have shifts available to meet all needs ranging from 6 hours a week all the way up to 40.

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our Care provider team.

As a Care provider you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.

Duties:

• Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing (10% of clients)
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers

Requirements:

• Ability to provide direct support and care with empathy and patience
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with other staff, clients, and families
