13 per hourMember Engagement Representative Hours : Flexible scheduling available (Part Time)Member Engagement Representative Responsibilities :
Providing customer service support to members, program participants, and guestsAssisting members and participants with their needs, including program and membership registration, troubleshooting issues, and supporting members' wellness goalsUtilizing customer service skills to build strong relationships with membersMember Engagement Representative Qualifications :Have strong communication and customer service skillsAre a self-starter who is detail oriented, able to multitask and work well in a team settingHave experience working in a customer service settingAre positive and professional in appearance and attitudeHave a willingness and desire to live out the mission of the YAre experienced in cash handling and can reconcile shift transactions
