Training and Study Start 2025 with Marion

Start your
craft training as a
metalworker or carpenter (starting on August 1st) with us and simultaneously begin your studies in
craft management (Bachelor of Arts) at the HBZ in Münster with us as your practical partner.

Your craft training will lay the foundation for your success story with us. Through the additional studies, you will expand your knowledge with business management skills.

As your practical partner, we will first train you as a journeyman and also offer an exciting work environment to further develop and apply what you have learned during your studies.

  • Business organization and planning
  • Accounting
  • Balance sheet accounting
  • Controlling and financial management
  • Human resource management
  • Marketing
  • Innovation management
  • Strategic/operational craft management
  • Legal framework
  • Economics
  • Business English

Duration of the studies:


The studies always start in October of a year, last for a total of approximately 4 years and 4 months, and are conducted part-time.

Classes take place once a week in the evenings online and on Friday evenings and every 2nd Saturday in person at the HBZ Münster.

One weekend per month is free from classes.
