Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our resturant and market.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Duties:


  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and displayed properly
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Managment team to implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

Skills:


  • Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in training and developing employees
  • Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
  • Solid understanding of management principles and practices
  • Proficient in sales management techniques to drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
  • Knowledge of retail math concepts for accurate inventory management
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
  • Must have some back of house and Front of house knowledge.

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
