Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our resturant and market.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and displayed properly
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, and reporting
- Collaborate with the Managment team to implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in training and developing employees
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
- Solid understanding of management principles and practices
- Proficient in sales management techniques to drive revenue growth
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for accurate inventory management
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Must have some back of house and Front of house knowledge.

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
