Your perfect start into your professional life

As a construction mechanic, you will use your manual skills to work with sheet metal, profiles, and pipes, assembling them according to the specifications on production drawings to create complete steel structures.

The main tasks of this job include preparatory work in steel construction, tack welding and welding using various methods, and post-processing for final assembly.

The production of high-strength connections, which are essential for quality, is done manually or with the help of state-of-the-art welding robots.

During your three and a half year training, a combination of vocational school (David-Röntgen-Schule in Neuwied) and on-the-job training in Windhagen will prepare you for your future career.

Based on an internal training plan, you will rotate through approximately 10 departments/areas within our company.

You will gain comprehensive knowledge in all areas, including:

  • Welding robots: You will learn how to monitor complex work processes and program stateoftheart welding robots.
In addition, we offer in-house, vocational school-accompanying lessons to prepare you for exams
