    Director of Content Strategy

    to join our growing team in our downtown Raleigh, N.C. HQs.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to mold the ways in which content strategy integrates with all agency departments (social media, influencer marketing, creative, PR, integrated marketing, paid/digital, analytics).

    Working hand in hand with social media and creative, you will help guide and shape content strategy through research, ideation, content development and brand storytelling, all with keen design sensibility to envision how the content comes to life.

    Your aim is to establish and execute inspiring and memorable message platforms for the agency's clients, working with all teams to bring the messaging to market through the right marketing channels that will work hard to deliver on the client's businessgoals.


    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITEDTO:
    Integrate closely with all departments, but most intimately with the social media/influencer marketing team, creative team and our SVP of Integrated Services
    Craft strategic and compelling message platforms for clients that are rooted in brandstrategy
    Have a knack for/can develop brand positioning frameworks for existing and emerging brands that unfold into message platforms and contentpillars
    Establish the roadmap for creating, presenting and implementing the discipline of content strategy for our clients across theagency
    Create, curate and (know the channels to) promote content to build brand awareness that can drive business results for ourclients
    Conduct content audits and gap analysis for existing and newclients
    Contribute to and (in some cases) drive the creation of new business pitches based upon a core idea or concept that you helpdevelop
    Set the framework/playbook for our clients' social media content strategy and work closely with the social media team to bring that strategy to fruition through social media content calendars
    Work closely with the creative department to generate new ideas/campaign ideas and help bring them to life through content development
    Develop content for the right marketing channel, knowing which channel to utilize based upon clients' goals and the content/message
    Seek out and gather insights from research and data to inform content strategy andcreation
    Develop and hold strong relationships with clientcontacts
    Work across the agency to encourage and spearhead collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practices


    REQUIREMENTS:

    Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing

    to join our growing team in our downtown Raleigh, N.C. HQs. In this role, you will collaborate with fellow social media and influencer marketing specialists.

    While you will work within the Social Media and Influencer Marketing department, you will integrate closely with all agency departments/marketing channels (creative, PR, integrated marketing, paid/digital, analytics).

    You'll serve as a key player in your department, and in partnership with team members cross-departments, will contribute to the creation of new ideas, campaigns, strategies and tactics through the lens of social media and influencer marketing.


    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITEDTO:
    Manages social media channels on behalf of agency clients including posting content, executing paid social campaigns, engaging with users, monitoring and reporting
    Develops engaging social media content optimized for social media platforms
    Contributes to and implements strategic plans forclients
    Ensures that client social media/influencer marketing scopes and goals are being met, budgets are maintained, and client relationships arestrong
    Collaborates with all agency departments from PR, to creative and digital/paid teams to brainstorm out-of-the box social media content and campaigns
    Stays up to date with social media trends and shares those out internally and withclients
    Suggests and implements new services, tools, and ideas to further elevate the agency's social media and influencer marketing offerings
    Builds and maintains relationships with social media influencers
    Establish, grow and maintain relationships with micro to macro influencers and content creators (and in some cases, theiragents)
    Coordinates aspects of influencer programs, such as list development, invite responses, andtracking
    Assists with day-to-day client communication
    Travels to live events and provides on-site social media coverage, asneeded
    Contributes to new business opportunities and pitch presentations


    REQUIREMENTS:

    While your expertise is in social media and influencer marketing, you have knowledge of the way in which all marketing channels work together to deliver on client goals based on ideas and strategies
    Has a demonstrated passion for and understanding of social media and proactively pursues opportunities to evolve skills and knowledge of best practices
    Has experience utilizing reporting tools including native platform insights and understands the importance of social mediametrics
    You have solid understanding and experience using all social media platforms both from an organic and paid media perspective
    Possesses attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize and juggle projects effectively
    Is able to build and nurture relationships internally and withclients
    Demonstrates excellent communication skills and sharp writingskills
    Has an eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting and layout, and produces polished client deliverables

    PR & INTEGRATED MARKETING ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

    French | West | Vaughan seeks a PR and integrated marketing account supervisor for its Raleigh office. The right candidate will support multiple clients within an account group.

    They will lead and project manage agency departments in planning and executing PR and integrated marketing campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, creative design and production, and paid media.

    Candidates should have five-plus years of PR and account management experience, with preference shown to candidates who have led or worked on integrated marketing accounts.
