    Job Summary


    Join our founding team and help us revolutionize how companies engage their customers and stakeholders using AI, mobile messaging, and machine translation to create modern customer experiences.

    We are looking for a super talented Software Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. You will be working with a world-class, 100% software-as-a-service conversational AI and messaging platform.
    We are looking for pros who are excited about both definingand enhancing our client processes and experiences.

    Software Engineerswill work closely with the implementation and client success teamsto support the implementation of software systems,develop technicalsolutions,address our client's needs, andprovideproactive suggestionsand answers to improve client's use and satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    Strategize and participate in conversational design

    Implement, train, and test conversational experience using best practices

    Analyze, test, and improve the conversational experiences on an ongoing basis

    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

    5+ years of software development experience

    Programming skills in .NET

    Relational database (SQL) background

    Skilled inweb,API,Microsoft Azureor related

    Experience inJavaScript, Data Science, NLPand AI
