At the Hedwig Dransfeld residential home in Lütgendortmund, you will provide a home for people with intellectual disabilities where they can live as independently as possible, taking into account their individual abilities. As an empathetic Heilpädagoge (special education teacher), you will work in a family-like setting and support the clients in their daily lives. You will receive a salary between €3,265 per month (based on a full-time position) and an employer who is committed to you.

Your day

  • You will promote people with intellectual disabilities and plan leisure activities with them
  • You will assist and support with personal care and meals
  • You will never forget the importance of building relationships with each individual
  • You will take on the responsible role of care and support planning for our clients
  • Your dedication will support the development and implementation of pedagogical methods
  • You will accompany our clients to visits with doctors and therapists

You will work 29 hours per week. Your working hours will be between 07:30 - 14:00 and 15:30 - 22:00. The start date is
