- Capable of executing time studies and line balancing calculations.
- Familiar with LEAN manufacturing concepts
- Familiar with the 5S concept.
- Bilingual: fluent English and good command of Spanish.
- Ability to work on the production floor. Moving pallets and using power tools are part of the daily work.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Use collaborative working style to positively affect change across the organization.
- Formal lean or six sigma qualification preferable.

We are seeking a Lean Coach at our Louisville, KY site to work collaboratively within all areas of the business and support Ivy's lean transformation projects as a team member.
Job Summary
Provides Lean expertise and guidance through the development, documentation, implementation, and validation of focused and sustainable value stream transformation. Will facilitate building of synergies across a specific value stream to enable cross-functional collaboration and best practices sharing and implementation.
