Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team.

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.

Duties:

• Perform nightly audits of the hotel's financial transactions and records
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare daily reports summarizing revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics
• Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures during latenight hours
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using hotel management software systems
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and front desk operations
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
