Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, personal assistance, diary management, and clerical skills. The role will involve supporting the CEO in day-to-day tasks and managing their schedule and appointments. The position is located in Woodbridge, NJ.Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the executive team's schedules, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and budgets
Maintain confidential information and files in a secure manner
Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and data entry
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Place purchase orders and write letter and manage appointments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
$ $25.24 per hour
