What to expect?



As an internationally operating IT specialist, we are looking for you as a working student IT consultant (m/f/d) for our location in Gütersloh with the flexibility to work remotely, for example from home.

What tasks await you?

  • Support us in the development of design documents and technical specifications: In close coordination with the ITSM system architects, you contribute to creating the foundations for successful projects
  • Shape the ITSM suite according to your ideas: In consultation with the team, you take responsibility for tailoring and customizing the ITSM suite. This includes adding fields, changing the design, adapting the corporate identity, changing language packages, and writing scripts
  • Develop service catalogs and input forms: You are significantly involved in developing service catalogs and designing corresponding input forms for the service portals
  • Take responsibility for smooth operation: You ensure that new software components and updates are efficiently integrated into operations, support quality assurance, and reliably document the
