Hello, my relative has a brain disease and has had operations.

They receive a disability pension and a few years ago they went to sign the sale of a house while already being ill.

Since 2006, documents can be sent and the medical court granted the disability and pension.

However, the buyer, who is also a family member, told them one thing, but in the deed, the notary stated something else.

Due to my relative's reception and thinking problems, they did not realize and signed.

The issue is that when the copy of the deed was delivered, us, the family members who did not know about the sale, as it was part of their inheritance, found out afterwards.

They were deceived in the amount and the way it was to be paid.

We believe that the buyer took advantage of their incapacity and deceived them by postponing the payment for 8 years at a rate of 1000€ per month, without giving them any money in return.

Before it can be proven with witnesses that the amount was discussed, the buyer took my relative to the notary alone, without the knowledge of the family members who were at work.

We want a medical expert report on this disease to be presented in a lawsuit, so that justice can be served.

At the time of the sale, my relative was not capable of signing it, as they would not have been granted disability by the social security.
