    Job Description

    Ox Foundation Solutions and United Structural Systems provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services in the Southeast states.

    The Crew Chief role plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of a crew involved in repairing and stabilizing foundations. This role is responsible for leading a team of Technicians to execute foundation repair projects efficiently and in accordance with industry standards.

    What you'll do:

    • Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture.
    • Maintain open and clear communications with crew members and Project Managers.
    • Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools and other assets are properly maintained.
    • Ensures the team is providing remarkable customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Maintaining impeccable installation quality in a timely manner.

    • Valid driver's license with ability to be insured by Company.
