Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.

The Residential Construction Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Duties:

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities
Supervise and direct construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost control
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting construction documents
Familiarity with construction software such as Primavera or Prolog is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively supervise a team
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
